Loved that it was a new hotel and very clean. The room was great and bed and chair were very comfortable. Made use of the computer and printer, thought that was a nice extra.

Location for business trip.
We specificaly asked for a quiet room when we arrived, but although the hotel was half empty, the put us next to the ventilation system: noise till at least midnight, and started again at 5am. When we complained the next morning: "Sorry, this room is next to a ventilation". Piece of used soap (with hair!!) in the shower.
